EULA - End User License Agreement

Please read the following hints carefully!

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE PROGRAMM NewName Pro (Shareware).

(1) If you take a pleasure in the program and you would like to use the program for a longer period you must register after a testing period of 30 days for every working place otherwise you must delete the program because
you are no longer licenced to use the shareware-version. (It is not very likely that you get caught but would you go into a store and steal just because it is not propable to get caught?)

(2) You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, duplicate, distribute for profit, or rent the Software.

(3) The software is provided on an AS IS basis. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

(4)IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY
(i)FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE), OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM EVEN IF THE AUTHOR SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES
IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANY INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR'S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF YOU PAID) TO THE AUTHOR FOR THE SOFTWARE.
